I’m devoted to my painting passion that began as a simple hobby and grew into my primary form of creative expression. My artistic journey led me through various techniques, though I found my greatest affinity with oil pastels and acrylics.
In time, I pioneered a new technique: three-dimensional painting on canvas, which I named TREDISMO, a style that merges depth and texture into a singular visual experience.
My work has been recognized in numerous photography, painting, and design competitions, where I received awards not only for my paintings and photographs, but also for innovative creations in fashion, including hairstyles, dresses, and footwear.

Tredismo interprets an informal painting based on the research and experimentation of Branko Jovanovic’s art through objects, materials, signs in which he evokes aspects of contemporary reality passing from analytical to scientific realizations. The artist offers us symbolic works where the structures meet contrasts of shapes and colors that merge their bases mainly on the concept of space and balance between the parts shared by a strong and distinct expressive capacity. These are therefore works in which the study of the various interpretative aspects of his works is always directed to a specific purpose, that of recomposing single forms on a scenic surface, considered by its very nature an expression of aspiration and creativity. In this context, Branko Jovanovic is aimed at the search for an original and personal world, for situations that idealize, often as metaphors, human fragility or the reason for one’s feelings.

The Maison d’Art Academic Center of Padua located in the historic center of the city, but completely turned towards the future, in its task of information, animation and promotion of cultural meetings is an observatory of European and international cultural identity which presents artists of cultural depth.
The splendid painting of the master Branko Jovanovic is aimed at the dreamy metamorphosis of reality which captures a transfiguration and a decantation of the material, where the basic geometry, through free gestures, overlaps and becomes transparent and airy, between veils and passages of light that increase even more so this sensation of an image that gradually loses its physical connotations to become the essence of emotions. The quality of the color material contributes decisively to this, which is refined to transform enchantment into pure brightness, traveling through the places of the imagination in abstraction.

Branko Jovanovic exudes a creative aura capable of instilling amazement through his work, the which can be compared to genuine galactic systems. Aesthetic puzzles, full of vigor and multi-materiality, unfold as sophisticated constellations of shapes shapes and shades of colour, evoking images of a future on the horizon and spaceships with roots deep in past ages.
Jovanovic’s brushstroke dances on the canvas like luminous trails of celestial comets, revealing multiple perspectives in which the artist explores the concept of travel multidimensional. In this context, a search for the infinite that emerges traverses the trinity of dimensions: physical space, complex temporal roots and the transcendent sensory experience of the viewer. The conceptual inspiration of Jovanovic, revealed through his term tredismo, a neologism forged by artist himself, acts as the supporting archetype of his works.
The master’s color palette, with vivid and gaudy colors typical of aesthetics from the 80s, it embraces an explosion of electrifying tones, such as bold blue, pink neon, captivating purple and acid yellow. These colors, intertwining in a game symphonic of harmonies, they take shape like the trajectories of spaceships in a vast firmament.

Branko takes creativity from art and reinvents it in his life. In fact, after graduating from the hairdressing school in Kragujevac, he began to experiment with creation and research how to FORCEFULLY expose his ideas and at the same time also looked for a way to vent his creativity. He approaches various techniques, but initially prefers oil pastels and acrylic, subsequently he approaches sculpture and the creation of various objects for furniture and design.
In order to anticipate the fashions and dynamics of art, he creates a personal painting technique on canvas in three dimensions which he calls TREDISM.
He has participated in various photography, painting and design competitions. He has won awards for painting, photography, stylistic creation, creation of hairstyles, clothes and shoes.

Paolo Crepet, a well-known Italian psychiatrist, claims that if you tell us about your idea and others tell you that it’s not good or that they don’t like it, then that idea is good, it’s the right idea, a winner! it must be cultivated and carried forward, it must absolutely not be abandoned.
Perhaps the same thing happened to Branko Jovanović, a 46-year-old Serbian, who lives in Italy in Treviso; at school he had fun with colours, he experimented with new techniques but didn’t like it very much, he even thought that his art wasn’t interesting at all, he thought about abandoning his aspirations.
And here we are, today, Branko has coined a new pictorial line: “Tredism”, Three-Dimensional Works!
A Canvas is not enough for Branko to paint, he wants to make something come out of the Canvas that gives Depth, that gives body, like an explosion coming out of the canvas. The third dimension, depth, is the characteristic that distinguishes his work from others.

A multifaceted artist, he alternates his usual work with artistic performances ranging from oil or pastel painting, to the creation of terracotta artefacts (amphorae and vases) to photography, not to mention his artistic performances on models as a hairdresser.
He worked in this sense, performing artistic hairstyles for theater and cinema.
He has exhibited his pictorial and photographic works in various galleries with personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and Serbia.
The exhibition presents a selection of photographs that the author took during a trip to Moscow in 2012.
His goal was to capture special atmospheres also made up of nocturnal moments rich in real or illusory colors that “light up” the city.
With the choice of subjects, especially buildings and monuments, the author takes us on a journey that the photographic reproduction highlights by underlining the strength and charm of this great city.
From the panoramic views of imposing architecture to the corridors of the subway, his journey unfolds along a path that intrigues us and entices us to visit it.
Branko Jovanović was able, with his lens, to focus on subjects that struck his eye and his sensitivity and which he carries into our memory today, as something that will never be forgotten.
